Continuous opportunity to learn and grow as the company is willing to venture and invest in employees. Work life balance even within its working environment. High pressure at times, yet company still invests effort in a wide variety of leisure activities for everyone.

Problems and challenges of all sorts occur every now and then, but TIL always solves, adapts and improves very quickly.
