Extremely highly stressful work environment. Absolutely unethical management. Poor work ethics. Managers use abusive language with employees. Worst pay structure in the dealership market. Poor work facilities. Employees not allowed to drink coffee, water. Forced to work longer hours than 8 hours. Sometimes even on Sundays. Employees hired & treated as 3rd party contractors.
