Very unrealistic targets and if you do not hit them the person with the lowest sales gets blamed. Bombard you with training to ‘sell the product’ to make up for the shoddy clothing and prices, even though the clothes should sell themselves.The entire selling process is based on luck as the products are outdated, over priced, badly made and have an awful sizing range, if you bring this up to management they do not care and still blame everything on you. Most days you are stood there waiting for a customer to be interested and as soon as someone even walks through you have to hound them like a hyena and if you don’t you are ‘unmotivated’ and a bad worker which grinds on your mental health.Very high turnover rate and I can understand why. Store manager very unprofessional, two faced and blamed everyone but themselves.Store manager and regional manger, treat you like you are completely stupid even though you are more than aware how they're failing as a business and are not making any money because of how the company is ran. Clearly everyone running the place is very entitled and using an out dated system that is just not working and instead of fixing things (very obvious fixes) they blame their staff.No wonder their stores are shutting down, the one I worked at is due to be shut down in a month.They will end up bankrupt if they aren’t already as they have lost more money then they have made since opening !
