Culturally, it is a vibrant and happy workplace. I've yet to find a job with more rewarding relationships built. While I came from the Enrollment Management and Technology departments, I will say that some departments are truly ahead of the game...namely marketing. There are incredible opportunities available there. As far as enrollment management is concerned, this company offers a great entry-level opportunity for it's enrollment counselors. A great opportunity to springboard into positions at universities, and to grow in that field. Technology department is comprised of some of the most dedicated and capable minds I've had the pleasure of working with. The addition of the new Director added stability and direction that was lacking.

Leadership is lacking. Senior leadership is not above cannibalizing their staff (in some cases) in order to protect their own backsides. There is a perceived ceiling which is difficult to grow beyond from an entry-level position. Most egregious is the lack of transparency on the part of senior leadership when it comes to the possibility of the Harrisburg branch closing, and the way said leadership has handled those rumors. Benefits are subpar, especially if living outside of KY. Humana is a large provider, but can be difficult to utilize in a different state.
