Commission based pay with opportunities to make pretty good money. It was easy to jump right in on my first day. Friendly staff. They give you the tools and strategies to be successful. The managers didn't usually micromanage everyone unless they felt that it would be helpful and productive.

Svantaggi

Slow days for sales. It felt as if it was the luck of the draw certain times. Every now and then I would get cursed at by very rude people on the phone. Extremely repetitive and tedious. Minimum wage pay if commission goal wasn't reached for the week.

From day one I felt very welcomed and part of the team. Training is provided based on need so I was not stuck in a classroom for weeks like in other jobs.

Building is older and in need of an update. 90 days to qualify for holiday pay. 1 year before PTO.

Being able to Travel to many different states.

They did not reimburse any job expenditures, just before I was let go, they did start doing up to $100 per week in gas reimbursement. No other job related expenses, of which there are many.
