Local and Trio are owned by the same people and have the same management. It is a great place to work. They care about their employees and pay fair wages

It is harder in the off season and there is always a closure for a few weeks.

Servers and staff are all friends, which makes the shifts fun

the management is horrible. The GM is super lazy and really only cares about having as many servers on as possible so she doesn't have to do any work, even if that means we get less tips. Very selfish
