After interview at this comapny, one of our senior who has friend worked for this company told me about this company 1) High salary for first 2-3 years than other technolgoy - at risk of your career. 2) Not enough work, so company arrange timepass games so all feel happy. 3) Company needs employee, they will give you more salary than existing seniors, so if you want to earn money with less work, negotiate at joining.

1) Technology they working has no job demand in India market. Search for yourself job openings before switching to this technolgoy. Your future get stuck in first few months or years. 2) Company is small size (8-9 developers & support). Many are on bench and not have work. Lot of politics and likings.
