Toxic and socially-inept management. Unclear goals and expectations surrounding their consultant grading system; it is vague, subjective, and interpretive, and can, and will, be used to fire you if they so decide without solid reasoning other than, "but, your consultant grade." Overall lack of transparency trickling down from management, all the way to the yearly review structure.
