--- pay is far below adequate. raises are so small they dont make a difference after taxes. the old guys at the top of the chain always talk about how they care about employees but that cant be true bc the cost to survive and the pay they give out are not lining up at all --- management is overbearing and micromanaging. goms have no idea what goes on at sites but still bully employees about their work. best case scenario with a gom is they have their head in the clouds, worst case is they create a legit hostile work environment. --- out-of-touch "training." we are required to spend between 30 minutes and multiple hours watching training courses four times a year. these are not tailored to your site at all. i don't work anywhere near peoples ppi, so why have i watched hours upon hours worth of hipaa training videos??? --- NO ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY. flex team employees are not offered jobs when an employee leaves. the only upward movement is from a rep to the manager and thats like only a couple bucks more. -- expensive benefits, i know i pay 3x as much for my medical as the people at the company we are contracted by. its legit more than 10% of my pay no exaggeration.
