Nothing. Absolutely zero. Anything that seemed good when I first joined, turned out to be a bunch of lies and fake words.

Terrible company to work at, through and through. They have no respect for employees' time, constantly changing working days and hours based on what they want when the management goes on leave for a whole month at a stretch sometimes. If you can't do your job then don't start a company. They will be so kind and polite when you join, then out of nowhere suddenly tell you everything you did was not meeting their "standards". What standards? Management does not even communicate these standards to employees and just operates on a hire & fire basis. If you can't retain anyone, how are you going to sustain in any industry? Did you not study basic management before starting a business? Is just about anyone allowed to start a company nowadays?
