Pay is significantly lower then industry in my opinion (I understand that is industry specific), Promotions are purely politics, Engineers are given zero training and weirdly technical capability is simply not valued. It seems that the only way you get promoted in an engineering role is to get an MBA…. Another review hit it on the head, the business model is simply not ethical. its not about delivering impact and industry value, it’s about having bums on seats and making as much profit as possible from government money.
