Some really enjoyable projects and technology and learning opportunities. Salary is below expectation for some, then inflated for others.

First time in a while i have felt unconfident in working with the company. Others are not very supportive, End up making you do their work for you and duplicating your workload, Seems to be very top heavy environment, especially after "restructuring" but shockingly getting more high level in after getting rid of numerous worker positions. Salary is below expectation for some, then inflated for others. Excuses vary for this reasoning. Which is funny when you end up doing multiple job roles in your job role as Tech/ME/RE compared to industry. Communication is a constant issue I have found.
