Company that provides high quality service to its contractors and partner organizations. Congenial yet professional atmosphere. Felt that I was valued as an employee.

I don't have any complaints. MayaTech is a great company to work for. I only wish my contact lasted longer.

Fairly good rapport among colleagues from all depts.; very good work-life balance; hires young talent; compensation decent for a smaller-sized firm with minimal govt. contract work; easy office to work in.

Lack of business development and dedicated team during contracts has led to consistent lay-offs when govt. contracts end; Execs expect fluidity and professionalism in office, but rarely interact with staff and in office before lunch; consistent IT issues result in many band-aid fixes and work-arounds; no formal training for new hires.
