You are expected to work weekend even if you are in a Monday to Friday role. You are expected to work bank holidays. You are expected to answer your phone at all hours - early in the morning late in the evening. They take advantage of hard working, dedicated people and are rude an ungrateful in the process. The language used is appalling , everyone is stressed and angry.
