      Vantaggi

      Professional Christian working environment. You get to make a difference and are not taken advantage of in the process. There is a servant leadership model that starts with the CEO and works its way down.

      Svantaggi

      There is very little oversight which is not always bad, but I have noticed certain employees take advantage of this and do very little. There is also very little upward mobility in the ministerial side of the organization.
