Risposta di The Oakleaf Group
5yI am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy. Please know you can always reach out to Oakleaf HR to address any specific concerns you may have. One thing I can help you with is that Oakleaf does have a really good 401k plan with matching contributions. HR can help you get set up with that, it really is a good program.
Oakleaf benefits are very good and Oakleaf pays a significant portion of the costs. That said, health care is expensive. Just universally, paying for insurance is a big chunk out of the paycheck. This is true with most employers. It can be a real shock in your first job out of college. I do suggest you speak with HR to review your options and select the best coverage for your budget during the upcoming open enrollment.
