You will need to justify signing off or stepping away from your desk if you have any kind of life outside of work. Expect to work even if you’re on PTO. - Employees are encouraged to “snitch” on one another. - Accounts are improperly staffed and expectations are not clearly laid out. - Managers offer conflicting advice and speak poorly of one another. - Members of the leadership team that are notoriously hot-headed and hard to please are both feared and rewarded.
