Vantaggi

-Good office location, across from ballpark. -"Try" to infuse fun into sweatshop like environment. Beer on the rooftop can be fun. -Same level co-workers are great. Good group to vent with and share in office angst.

Svantaggi

-Upper management. Hard to come to work everyday because of favoring and common practice of managers pushing down work to lower-level employees. -CEO, Alex Constantinople is unpleasant to say the least. Favors the "prettier" females and any male at the agency and especially those who kiss up to her. -Work/life balance is non-existant. Upper management doesn't seem to care about constant burnout happening. Too many employees are unhappy which makes for a miserable place to work overall.

Vantaggi

- Exposure to big-name clients and industry giants. Many employees take in-house roles at well-known tech companies after working here.

Svantaggi

- Toxic, cliquey workplace culture. Those that have been at Outcast long are shown a lot of favoritism. - No work-life balance. Expect extremely long hours. You will need to justify signing off or stepping away from your desk if you have any kind of life outside of work. You will be expected to sign on early in the morning or late at night for needier clients who have immediate access to you via Slack. Expect to work even if you’re on PTO. - Employees are encouraged to “snitch” on one another. - Accounts are improperly staffed and expectations are not clearly laid out. - Managers offer conflicting advice and speak poorly of one another. - Members of the leadership team that are notoriously hot-headed and hard to please are both feared and rewarded.
