- Benefits are terrible, especially if you have children or a spouse to look after. - 17 days total of PTO: 5 sick days, 2 personal, 10 vacation. If you are a person who has medical issues, this may be an issue. - Upper management is very disorganized. - Upper management does not communicate well with employees. - No solid HR department.

The clients, the therapist, and the housing staff are the only pros about this place

Management absolutely sucked. They are evil people who only cared about money and themselves. They could not even take the time to introduce themselves to the clients. They also would take housing staffs ideas and present them as their own, couldn't even give credit where it is due.
