7yWe are going into our 12th year of business and are having our best year yet. 2/3 of our employees have been with us for 3 years or more, and 70% of our business comes from existing customers. We have less than 5% voluntary turnover each year and involuntary turnover is 3%. We have a very stable, strong and healthy company. Our benefits are broad and encompassing. We offer health care, dental, life, short term and long-term disability, 401K. PTO is 4 weeks per year, not 2 for all starting employees. In addition to this, our remote and flexible work environment is a major benefit. Employees can choose their own hours and manage their work/life rhythm to meet their needs. Our salaries are top of market - we pay on average 20% higher than all of our competitors. We provide ongoing and continuous training for skills as well as professional training. In the last year alone we have invested over $150,000 in training our employees, including professional skills such as communication and consulting. We have a thorough 1st year training program with an intensive 90 day on-boarding program for all new employees to prepare them for the job, assign mentors and provide continuous reinforcement. As a consulting firm, our employees work on multiple projects so will have different project managers and different employees to interact with on a daily basis - that is the job. But everyone has one direct manager that they report to. No employee travels more than 20% per year and the vast majority travel under 10%. Out of 65 employees, we do employ 3 relatives, one of which is a manager, having worked her way up from the bottom like everyone else. She was also voted as employee of the year by her peers - she earned it.
