Also its a 3 point system of Mistakes that make you liable of losing loads, tardiness(was never late) and anything that manager does not approve could cause you to get a point. 3 points and your liable to lose your Job ,"He will say, ,"Hey come into my office" If you don't cover a load and do everything he says you could be called into the office. You can make them $10,000 in 1 full truck load and instead of congrats, its almost like discipline ornyou didnt accomplish something. IF Someone makes $1000 to 10000 ,in a few hours, they treat you like that never happened. It's like, ,"go work on $50 ,profit loads to stay busy,"
