Expected to work after hours and not spend time with family, Just to be accused of not being accessible after hours. No time off. Will take advantage of you. Don’t plan on having a baby because he will fire you for attending a doctors appointment and then come up with an excuse to fire you. Owner has no respect for others and especially truckers
