Since this is the average there are naturally trainers who make less than this and trainers who make more than this. Many trainers that are on the lower side of the $19.47 average tend to be in certification, which even though the hourly pay for certification is the current minimum wage rate, this is MUCH better than having to pay to get certified like you do with other personal training companies. Furthermore, our compensation is right in line with entry level pay for personal training companies around the country. We want our employees to succeed so our Professional Mastery Program is full of educational materials to make our trainers more knowledgeable and in turn be able to help more people! We believe in rewarding and recognizing our employees for their growth and achievements so this program is only one of many ways to earn bonuses while at the same time becoming a better trainer! There is no cap on how many levels you can advance in this program so opportunities are endless. Other incentives include: Staff Referrals, Client Referrals, and Nutrition Coaching opportunities.
