Beautiful museum, toxic place - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso The Phillips Collection

The Education Department is a total mess: poorly managed, biased against people without children, unprofessional, racist. Women attacking women. Totally inept "management," promoted over time because of tenure rather than skill. I'd say this is isolated to the Ed Dept, but if an institution allows this mess to go on for years and years, there's something rotten higher up as well.
