One of the things I love about this job is how client focused it is. I love coming into work and talking to so many different types of people. I love seeing the progress The Phoenix has one people's lives and knowing I've been apart of that change.

Since we work with so many different people, things are constantly changing, to make our workplace more efficient and secure. Sometimes that can make things hectic, but I feel the Phoenix is amazing at supporting each other and communicating clearly when things are changing. This kind of work can be very emotionally draining at times though

Opportunity to learn and grow as a solid therapist. Excellent clients and overall program set up is well done.

Clinical director is passive aggressive and rude to team members she did not like. Engaged in some questionable ethical decisions regarding employees. Negative work environment due to gossip, triangulation and not trauma informed.
