Where to start - * - Hugely Toxic Culture * - Immature and incompetent management. * - They ask new employees to give good feedback on these platforms before they usually go on to fire them. (5 star reviews are pressured and not genuine) * - Blame culture * - Churn Factory * - “fail fast” mentality at the cost of the client. * - Zero support, training consists of 2 weeks of reading manuals that are mostly out of date. * - Heavy reliance on Chat GPT and you are not allowed to ask for clarification until you have exhausted Chat GPT. You will be overworked and expected to be available whenever they want you to be. You will witness favouritism. You’ll be compared negatively against your colleagues in a way that makes you feel lesser even when you are performing to their high expectations. Management will take your credit. They are deeply afraid of the CEO It’s a real shame because they could be a great company to work for with the right support in place. They just don’t care about employees, Only 1 or 2 current members of staff have been there longer than a year. The main person running the day to day show is very inexperienced and quite rude to subordinates. The team morale is the lowest I’ve ever seen.
