Not very many pros to point out, some of the co-workers were cool but most seemed like they were miserable.

Where do I even start. They tell you that it is salary, but then you are required to track your hours and add them in weekly along with your pathetic 30 minute lunch. They even tried to tell me to stay onsite for lunch, which was a new one for me. They have cameras everywhere and watch every single thing you do, feels like they have zero trust in their employees. If you are an attorney you get to do whatever you want, but if you are support staff you are required to be a robot. Pay is pathetic and the raises are laughable. They outsource employees in South America. Don’t dare be five minutes late or else you will be reprimanded and placed on a contract. Don’t work over your hours or you will be reprimanded as well. If you are doing your work and making your hours, they will try and find anything and everything under the sun to complain about. No room for growth or advancement. They love to micromanage and treat their support staff less than human and treat them like children. Rules are not the same for everyone. Management is rude and will try to throw you under the bus so they can look like the wonderful little worker bees. Will insult you behind your back. Many people had 1 foot out the door due to their ridiculous demands. All they care about it how many billable hours you have. Work life balance is a joke if you are support staff. You are expected to make up your hours if you have to go to a doctors appointment or miss any work if you want your full 40 hours. They will tell you that you can work remotely 1 day a week after 6 months, but then when you do, you will get a “talk” about how you need to be in the office, while other people can work remotely whenever. Bottom line, they do not care for their employees unless you are a “favorite”, you will be treated as less than human if you are not an attorney, you will feel like your work is robotic, you will not grow as their is little to no room for advancement. If you want to have a work/life balance or have a life outside of work do not work here. Best decision was leaving this place, and I promise you that I will never look back!
