For a new and smaller ServiceNow Partner they have good portfolio of clients from all different industries, from ServiceNow consultancy, discovery, greenfield installations, additional application configuration and reviewing and enhancing existing instance, which make the work very interesting, especially learning about new industries and processes. Also, they partner with ServiceNow, themselves, to provide specialist staff on projects. Management are lovely and have ‘real life’ experience of what works and what doesn’t and so not to avoid and advise the best course of action and processes. A great place to work, everyone gets on well, with amazing opportunities to bring value to our customers. Accessibility to learn, support for courses and exams, encouragement to move out of your comfort zone with assistance. Great ethos, mission, work / life balance, recognition and thanks, events (in person meet ups / virtual meet ups, strategy and team days, with fun included) A delightful mix of talented people to work with, ranging in experience and knowledge, so if you don’t know the answer, there is usually at least one person who does. Team collaboration and mentoring are important to all, as everyone wants to succeed and contribute to the success of TPP. Highly recommend working here.

The company is growing and so some people in the market have not heard of them

Consistent care given to employees to learn more, upskill themselves and get involved with things typically beyond their job description. Clear support models in place to help new and junior staff get up to speed. Incredible team that lean on one another, and support each other inside and outside of the work. Care for employee wellbeing, through company initiatives and a culture that doesn't promote working whilst sick or overworking yourself. Interesting projects within the ecosystem.
