For a new and smaller ServiceNow Partner they have good portfolio of clients from all different industries, from ServiceNow consultancy, discovery, greenfield installations, additional application configuration and reviewing and enhancing existing instance, which make the work very interesting, especially learning about new industries and processes. Also, they partner with ServiceNow, themselves, to provide specialist staff on projects. Management are lovely and have ‘real life’ experience of what works and what doesn’t and so not to avoid and advise the best course of action and processes.
