Vantaggi
Not many other than a few individuals who worked there
Svantaggi
I worked here for a couple of months, and it was honestly the worst job I’ve ever had. The working hours were excessive, we’d start around 11am at the office and wouldn’t get home until 10–10:30pm. On top of that, transport wasn’t paid for, so you end up losing even more money just getting to and from work. The pay structure is extremely unreliable. If you have a “zero day” (no sales), you earn nothing. This creates a lot of pressure and instability. Management was a major issue. The boss was patronising and clearly favoured “high performers,” while anyone who struggled was largely ignored and not supported or developed. There was no real training or investment in improving, just pressure to perform. There’s also a strong culture of selling unrealistic expectations. Employees are constantly told they can “run their own office” which feels more like a tactic to keep people motivated and staying longer rather than a genuine opportunity. It felt like the company takes advantage of young people with little experience, who may not realise what fair working conditions should look like. I also became aware of concerning behaviour, including certain individuals being paid extra just to stay, which creates an unfair work environment. Overall, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before taking a role like this. The long hours, lack of stability, poor management, and questionable practices make it a very difficult and, in my experience, negative place to work.
