Vantaggi
-No butheads. Everyone seems to get along really well
-Convenient location (Buckhead)
-Decent pay
-Not a lot of restrictions on how you do things (big plus as a developer)
-Very little red tape
-Lots of flexibility for emergencies
-Job security due to parent company
-Great place to learn/practice AGILE/SCRUM
Svantaggi
-Extremely unfocused company. No clear direction
-'Upstairs' and 'Basement' folk know nothing about each other (despite what management may try to claim otherwise)
-Downstairs has large windows. They face a brick wall. Old building
-Security guard takes his job way too seriously. You'll understand the second you get there ...
-Extremely slow paced (until its not, then its fast paced)
-Office manager is ... eh ... not the friendliest person.
-Horrific marketing (Thankfully its being worked on)
-Due to job security from parent company, there seems to be a lot of complacency
-Office is seriously outdated. Pictures of technology from the 80's - Seriously? Thought were were 'cutting edge'? Don't think a framed photo of LISA next to a photo of a 1980's router is winning anyone over
-ABSENCE OF COMPANY CULTURE.
