Systems are very inefficient - you have to use several different computer systems to make simple bookings and as the software is not bespoke. a lot of information has to be obtained by referring to an unwieldy Excel spreadsheet, which doesn't help call conversion times (on which you are targeted). Staff don't seem too happy to be there and I felt brought down by the constant negativity, and belittling comments, which unfortunately might not be helped by a predominantly female workforce on minimum wage, part-time, temporary and zero hours contracts.
