Fun working environment with correct team and management

-shift pattern dominantly by business owner or senior manager, likely depends on person liking -bonuses planning not to avail for years (based on employees works since day one till day I left) -almost all ground/front end joined as management trainee still same position even after 2 years, almost all are management trainee even after probation period. -high turnover rate. average of 2 full timers every 3 to 5 months

- great people to work with - great food

- empty promises from the boss - devoted time and efforts, just to get a 'thanks' in return - although there's a platform to test out new things, but never a chance to actually do it
