The owners removed all raises and bonuses due to the fact they haven't paid attention to what they were paying in payroll for the last few years, but any family members hired by the company did not get any financial incentives removed like the rest of the company. After laying off 40 something employees, the owners have not spoken to any of the remaining staff. We are expected to carry on as usual and work hard for a company that refuses to take ownership for the wrong doing they have done. They also want us to work without any hope of raises or the bonuses we have earned Lots of the current left over employees have already updated their resumes and are looking for new jobs- once they lose us, there is no way they can maintain any of the profit they do. Owners are clueless about how to run basic functions within the company. While they are not terrible people, they are doing terrible things by their employees.
