Most of the people that work for this company are conscientious and hard working. The President/CEO has a great vision for the company, and he takes a personal interest in the success of each and every employee.

Performance reviews are rare. Communication can be lacking between the departments.

Laid back work environment, friendly people, flexible work schedule

The company believe they are the best at everything and doesn't need to improve. The company has low morale brought by upper management who sets the bar very low on the work scale. They work about 30 hours a week and yet things are not being done to clients satisfaction. Sales performance is poor, incentives are poor and communication is poor. Employees that go to lunch are rewarded and employees that work hard are forgotten
