16 hour contract from the age of 16 years old. They expected me to be there at 4pm when they knew my college only finished at 3:45 and was a 30 min walk away at least. I was given 4 shifts throughout the week all 4 hours so that they didn't have to give me a break. I had no weekends free because I HAD to work both days of the weekend in the middle of the day.
