      Very little pros to talk about.

      Too many to talk about. Stubbornness from the upper levels despite being incorrect and inexperienced in the role. Refusal to acknowledge when they could do something better, constantly rude and constantly lies.

      Okay pay, they don't bother you much, bigger annual increases than a salary job. Depending on the company you are no contract for, it can be flexible. From other contractors experiences, they are definitely better than Quest.

      Svantaggi

      Very few holidays, low PTO, pay is a little low for no benefits, they take about 40% of what the company pays for you. They don't help network for new contracts like they claim to, you're on your own.
