The property caters to a specific clientele and occasionally high-profile individuals, many of who are frequently reoccurring guests. Incredibly high turnover rate among management and lower associates, management doesn't care too much for employees considering the high turnover rate. Non-competitive wages compared to similar properties. Minimal opportunity to advance into managerial roles. Everything is micromanaged, making it unnecessarily difficult to resolve very minor issues.
