      Great bunch of people to work with. They all deserve better.

      Upper management is nose-diving this company into the ground and the Board of Directors doesn't seem to care. The RAPID fails to meet the needs of the communities that find it by frequently cutting service because they don't have enough drivers. Some driver's work an insane number of hours per week to pick up the slack. Their lack of sleep endangers the passengers.

      unlimited overtime, ok pay, passengers

      heavy turnover, driver overworked so if they miss work or get into an accident they out of there. attendace point syatem is horrible. they dont offer sick time and we work with the public.
