Terrible processes, compensation, and leadership on the recruiting team. People hired into management and Director roles who are not even qualified to be a Lead. Executive Leadership doesn't know how create, foster and retain talent. More so, Executive Leadership doesn't know how to identify great talent, they are more concerned about filling an empty seat with anyone who will accept the terrible pay. The People Ops team is terrible, they want everyone else to do their job for them. Terrible follow up, don't attend meetings that they put on your calendar, and they take days if not weeks to respond to an email. Leadership on the People Ops team is some of the worst I have ever worked with. More than 70% of the recruiters have resigned within the last 90 days, and some how, leadership still have their jobs.
