If you work in customer service, there are individuals that actively look to undermine your credibility. Also, there is blatant favoritism bestowed to certain individuals within the customer service department. In addition, district helpers are viewed as glorified newspaper carriers by some district managers, when they should be seen as partners with the district managers in order to improve customer service, and carrier retention.
