There is not much consistency between area managment, there needs to be more communication throughout the comany, especially within head office. Stock needs to be more organized and processes need to be set in place to reduce the amount of time it takes to merchandise (or give the stores more money to cope). New upper management to the buissness do not understand the challenges of working on the floor at a Reject Shop and therefore are unsympathetic and misguided and expect way too much from their store management teams
