I just retired from TRN after 8 years. Their biggest strength are the people - smart, thoughtful and collaborative. Covid changed our environment from being together in an office to fully remote. The advantage was we grew our team nationally. Learning to keep all lines of communication open and accessible remotely can be challenging but having the chance to work with people from all around the country was wonderful.
