Where do I begin… - No training - Staff turnover is ridiculous - Overworked & understaffed - Blame culture. Managers will not hesitate to turn on you in a heartbeat - Incredibly toxic environment - “Senior” management are clueless. If their brains were gunpowder, they wouldn’t be able to blow their own hats off - No leadership, proper management, communication or direction - Zero discretion. Anything shared in confidence with so-called “managers” becomes company gossip - No appreciation for staff and how ridiculously hard they work TLDR; A truly abysmal company to work for.

Ha. They own a beautiful building in a beautiful setting.. but that’s it. They use this to promote exclusivity but don’t let it fool you. Quite literally, a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

So many. If I could give zero stars on here, I would. For anyone thinking of joining their team, please don’t. They will turn their back on you in a heart beat. They recently had a considerable number of employees leave in a short time - this speaks more words than my review could ever deliver - They are so incredibly untrustworthy I would never, in any breath, recommend this organisation.
