Can be hard work, pay isn't high, a little chaotic sometimes

The team members themselves are passionate and hardworking and dedicated.

They hired and marketing “living wages” and straight up lied about that. The leadership team is run by white supremacist liberals and HR has zero experience and it shows. Team members are incredibly stressed out and underpaid because of horrid management.
