- They claim to have a “Culture you can Count On”. That is true if you count on not being respected, valued, listened to, and supported.
- Senior Leadership is way out of touch with employees. In an effort to appear they were “trying”, they conducted an employee survey on how people were feeling about working there and one of the overwhelming sentiments was that people were feeling stressed with their work. The CEO’s response was “stress is a choice”. Every concern expressed by employees was turned back on them with no accountability or action steps from leadership. Gaslighting!
- Revolving door. People were constantly being let go or quitting.
- Quarterly “Townhall Meetings” were an opportunity for leadership to tell everyone how horrible they are at their jobs. CEO was terrible with his messaging and everyone would get off these calls feeling deflated and uninspired.
- Lack of transparency from leadership.
- Everyone had the same KPI’s, but at the end of the day it did not apply to everyone.
- Wasn’t a “full desk” so your goals were contingent on other’s performance
- Zero opportunity for raises.
- So many other places in the industry to make better money.
- Benefits were average at best.
