In my experience, the leaders really advocated for what’s best for the client, and how they could help me serve better.

Difficult to parse together full time work due to the nature of scheduling. Pay is decent for the field, but still a little low.

Flexible hours, the SCL worker works closely with a supervisor to decide which clients you'll meet with at what times. Your schedule is made by you!

All work has to be documented for good reasons, however it gets quite tedious at times. Must document locations where the client performs their goals.
