      The only concern at this time is it believe that there should be a floater or part time employee to cover shifts in case if emergencies or illness or in my recent case an employee that quit without notice.

      I appreciate your taking the time to write this. It truly helps us as we continue to grow and see our team members grow within the company. Regarding floaters............We are diligently trying to make sure every market has a floater. Please refer one and earn $500 for every referral. The referral earns $500 as well.
