Could make my own schedule at my location. Great for people who love to sell. base pay with commission.

Don't have the ability to connect with other employees because of distance between everyone. Contract with big box store ended without much notice (10 days I think), yet 2 days before that announcement 3 of our team members where offered a promotion under a different contact. Seemed fishy. Never got paid my last months commission.
