Management leaves you alone if your doing your job which is a plus! Managers give you great training, and always encourage growth. Also a lot of opportunity to move up in the company. Jedediah is a great manager.

Svantaggi

Commision is not the best, nor the pay for the hourly pay for this type of work. The pay is good considering what wage is set per state.
